General information on data processing
Scope of processing of personal data
In principle, we collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website, the production of our products and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users takes place regularly only on a contractual basis or with the consent of the user. In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR as legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual actions.
Insofar as processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation that is subject to our company, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the GDPR as legal basis.

Data deletion and storage duration
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is deleted. Data processing for fulfillment of the contract
Processing purpose
Your personal information that you provide to us in the ordering process is required to manufacture our products that are destined for your personal use. Moreover, we cannot send you the goods without your address. For some payment methods, we require the necessary payment data in order to pass it on to a payment service provider commissioned by us. The processing of your data entered in the ordering process is therefore for the purpose of the contract.
If you send us an inquiry by e-mail, via a contact form, etc., before the conclusion of the contract, we process the data received in this way to carry out pre-contractual measures and answer, e.g. your questions about our products.
Legal basis
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Storage duration
We store the data required for the execution of the contract until the expiry of the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual guarantee periods.
We retain the data required under commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law, usually ten years.
The data processed for the implementation of pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and no obvious conclusion is reached.
Newsletter
When sending a newsletter – now or in the future – we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, i.e. we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have explicitly confirmed to us before that we activate service. If you decide on a payment method of the payment service provider STRIPE, payment will be processed via the payment service provider STRIPE, 510 Townsend Street, San Fransisco CA 94103, to whom we will pass on your information communicated during the ordering process along with the information about your order. The transfer of your data is exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider STRIPE.
