Delivery times

Europe and international: The delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from the date of the order. This is the time needed for the A-XOC team to carefully prepare your order and for UPS to deliver it to you.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us of your desire to return the product or products.

If you would like to return your order or some of the items it contains, please contact us directly at info@axoc-technology.com specifying whether it is an exchange or a refund.

 1-Make sure to provide the following information:

• Your surname and first name
• Your complete address
• A contact phone number
• If it’s an exchange: The specified size

Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will process your request.

SHIPPING COSTS, RETURNS AND RETURN MODE

For any return made under the right of withdrawal, return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As part of a return request in case of non-compliance of the product, the cost of return and possible reshipping  are offered. We will send you a prepaid label by mail that will allow you to return the item or items concerned, without advancing shipping costs.

How Long will my refund take?

As soon as your goods reach the warehouse and have been checked, your refund will be made. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for it to be visible in your account.

Returns accepted

All returned products must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, A-XOC will judge the condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage render the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by A-XOC, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of A-XOC / HG3 without the customer being able to claim any compensation or refund entitlement, except for the subsequent exercise of warranty rights on the goods sold.

In the case of a return for non-compliance, the Customer may ask A-XOC:

To be delivered a product identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks;

To be refunded the price of the product ordered within 14 days of the Customer’s request.
